Deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot attend on the scheduled event date, we can reschedule your event within a 45-day period. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event time. No rescheduling is available within 48 hours of the event. An event can be rescheduled no more than two times.
